WORK EXPERIENCE
FREELANCE MUSICIAN
Self Employed | Seattle, WA | January 2006-Present
Performs professionally as a pit orchestra musician on both piano and woodwinds with performance experience in the southern US and the greater Seattle area with experience working on more than 40 productions.
Music Director for theatrical productions and projects. Recent projects include the Season Preview Dinner for Fifth Avenue Theatre, Anastasia with Athens Creative Theatre, and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at Willows Preparatory School
Served as the artistic director and principal flutist for Quintet Athens, a wind quintet based in Athens, GA overseeing personnel, rehearsals, performance logistics, and season planning for the ensemble.
Founded and directed the Athens Flute Choir from 2009-2013, a non-profit community flute choir established to provide creative opportunities for local flutists to enrich the community through free and accessible concert programming.
Collaborative pianist specializing in musical theatre repertoire having played for numerous voice studio recitals, NATS, Solo & Ensemble, auditions, rehearsals, and choirs.
Solo pianist for weddings, funerals, corporate, and special events comfortable performing in a wide range of musical styles.
Collaborated with Kishi Bashi for the first iteration of Kishi Bashi and Strings as the maestro leading a chamber orchestra of 30 players.
